アカウン停止を食らった原因
先日Upworkからこんなメールが届きました。
we found that you included your direct contact information in your proposal for the job [XXX]. Unfortunately, this is against Upwork’s Terms of Service.
Specifically, found in this file: [XXX+%28English+CV%29.pdf].
Upwork’s Terms of Service prohibit sharing contact information or ways to get in touch directly before a contract starts and require that all pre-contract conversations take place through the site. After your contract has started, you can connect in whatever way is best for your relationship.
This is not your first violation of Upwork’s Terms of Service, so we’ve also placed restrictions on your account until we can get this sorted out together.
While restricted, you will not be able to submit proposals or start any contracts.
簡単に要約すると「あなたが仕事に応募した際に連絡先入れたの発見しました。
あなたのCVに見つけました。Upworkではクライアントと契約が始まる前に
直接連絡とることを禁じています。」とのこと。
連絡先？入れてたっけ？
入れてました。
がっつりメルアドと電話番号笑
英文履歴書を作ったときに、いつも通り連絡先を入れており、それをUpworkにも使ってました。
そりゃもちろんダメですよね。
アカウントを復活する方法
アカウントを復活させる方法は送られてきたメールに記載がありました。
To get back to unlocking opportunities on Upwork, all you need to do is review Upwork’s Terms of Service and reply to this ticket to confirm that you will follow them going forward.
対応としては、UpworkのTerms of serviceを確認して、これからは従うとメールすればOKです。
ちなみに送った私が送ったメールがこちら。

アカウント停止を食らっても、すぐに復活はできそうですが
万が一、履歴書に連絡先を入れている場合は気をつけましょう！
